Château de Sauvage

Property within a winegrowing clearing with an agroforestry project under construction since 2019. Organic agriculture has led to the development of a apicultural activity since spring 2021 - with honey that can already be purchased since summer 2022.
The name "de Sauvage" comes from the Charlet de Sauvage family - whose Vincent Dubourg is from thanks to his mother. The term "sauvage" comes from the latin word "silvatica" - which means "forester" - that gives two meanings to the name since the vines are surrounded by acacias, sweet chestnut, oakand pines trees.
