Le Cognac de Saint-Aulaye en Périgord
Description
Saint-Aulaye, located in the Cognac AOC since its creation in 1909, has communal vineyards, planted with Colombard grapes. The result of a partnership since 2015 with the Maison Camus, the Cognac of Saint-Aulaye in Périgord, which is aged in the cellars of the Château-Hôtel de Ville, is being marketed for the first time and is joining the circle of AOCs in Périgord. The 2nd vintage of Cognac de St-Aulaye was put on sale in April 2021.
