The secret of the delicacies presented in the shop lies in an ultra-modern laboratory of 300m² with EEC standards. Because at Bouffier everything is "home-made". The dishes are prepared with the greatest care. They are made from local products and carefully simmered.
With more than 30 years of experience, Bouffier also offers the organisation of meals for up to 1000 people.
