Ferme Pouchucq
Description
Welcome to the Pouchucq farm, for me being a farmer is first and foremost a passion. My wish is to help you discover the great taste of poultry. We also raise black pigs and fattened ducks on our farm close to the ocean.
My chickens take the time to grow up in freedom. They are fed with corn grown on site. After 3 1/2 months of free-range rearing, we fatten our ducks on whole-grain corn for 2 weeks to offer you quality foie gras.
Farm products: fattened duck; black pigs; farm chickens; preserves.
