Description
Nestled at the foot of the Pic d'Orhy, facing the surprising black cliffs of the Xakhertia massif, you will find in the village of Larrau, in an old renovated stable, the cheese dairy of Johañe and Amandine.
It is with pleasure that they will make you taste their cheese "HEGOA" from their black-headed manex sheep that they are particularly fond of.
If you wish, they will explain to you how their mountain farm works. You will also have the opportunity to see the maturing cellar and all their cheeses without setting foot in it...surprise!
