La Brasserie du Plateau
Description
In reference to the Plateau de Millevaches, Brasserie du Plateau has named its beer the 1000! At the head of this craft brewery, born on April 1st in Croze (I promise it's not an April fool's joke), are Zoé Joli and Chistian Adnet. Their motto: "For lack of being able to remake the world, we make the drink around which we remake it between friends! Today, the beer is produced in Aubusson, where the brewery has a boutique with the evocative name "la capsule". Sales of beers (blonde, white, amber, brown, russet, Christmas...) and lemonades, tasting area, group visits and explanations of the brewing process, beer-making courses, beer and cooking activities.
