In the heart of the Béarn countryside, in the small village of Buros, the Saint Marty mill has more than 20 years of experience in free-range chicken (sold ready to cook), and fattened duck stuffed with grain maize (fresh and preserved). The shop also has a wide range of ready-made meals, based on Blonde d'Aquitaine beef, veal under the mother, free-range pork (Label Rouge), chicken and duck. The preserves have a specificity, that of being gluten-free. You will discover original recipes such as chicken axoa, cream of foie gras with mango purée or duck bourguignon.
These recipes are prepared from A to Z in the workshop according to CE standards. Their recipes, their cooking, their know-how. Everything is really "home-made", in an artisanal way, with quality and local raw materials.
