Winegrower Rémi Gauthier's 3-hectare estate, 60 ares of which are in production, is located in the hills above Vic-sur-Seille. Born into a family of winegrowers, Rémi Gauthier also has a solid background in the field: apprentice sommelier, wine marketing consultant technician, and holder of the Brevet Professionnel de responsable d'Exploitation Agricole, option Viticulture. His operation and production are entirely organic and benefit from the AOC Moselle appellation (Appellation d?Origine Contrôlée).
