Fromagerie-Gaec des Bigoudis produces cheeses made from raw goat's and cow's milk. All the milk comes from goats and cows raised on their 20-hectare farm, and is processed in their cheese dairy. La ferme des Bigoudis offers fresh and mature cheeses and Tomme de Bacourt. You can find their products at the markets in Saint-Avold on Fridays, Metz-Cathédrale on Saturdays and Rémilly on Tuesdays from 4pm to 7pm, opposite the town hall. La ferme des Bigoudis also offers direct sales at the cheese dairy on Fridays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
