As children, we enjoy picking them up, and then prefer to eat them on our plates with a garlic and parsley butter sauce. We're talking about snails, of course! Daniel raises them in the open air on his family farm in Elange. His star product? Croquilles, large gray snails in a crunchy cookie and covered with sauce. And for an aperitif, they're perfect with Saint-Agur or foie gras. All the more reason to salivate!
