Domaine Dietrich Girardot

Domaine Dietrich-Girardot is a small 5-hectare vineyard located in Vic-sur-Seille, just outside Nancy. The estate produces white, rosé and red wines, as well as traditional white and rosé methods. For the past ten years, Véronique and Denis, with the support of INRA, have been experimenting with Y-shaped "lyre" planting. This arrangement favors sunshine for the bunches, resulting in higher sugar yields and improved quality. The south-facing, hillside vineyard produces around 33,000 bottles of Auxerrois, Muller Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Gamay each year. Since 2010, the estate has benefited from the AOC Moselle appellation. Drink in moderation: alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health
