Description
L'Imsthal, région d'étangs fort poissonneux, fut acquise en 1503 par le Comte Palatin Philippe. Un texte de 1850 évoque cependant à cet endroit un « Imsthal Hof », indiquant ainsi qu'il y aurait eu un château, avant d'être remplacé par une métairie. L'origine connue de la famille aujourd'hui propriétaire de l'auberge remonterait à 1757.
