Description
Pigs love to run, exercise, turn the earth and roll around in the mud... they can enjoy their favourite pastimes all the time. It's good for their health and well-being.
Our butchers and cooks all share the values of authenticity, work well done in the "rules of the art". Our cutting and cooking workshop built in 2004 allows us to prepare the meats in the best conditions.
Meat and charcuterie from free-range pigs raised on the farm, delicatessen, blue-white heart label
On-site boutique open: Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday morning 9am-1pm
In addition purchases of local products such as flour, paste, lentils, kinoa, honey, apple juice, beers
On orders: collection of goods from Monday to Wednesday
Halles de NIORT: Thursday and Saturday: shop at market time in MENDES from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.30 pm.
