Description
Estran Cité de la Mer, the “City of the Sea”, is a not-for-profit scientific and technical cultural centre in Dieppe, with a focus on the Upper Norman coastline. It was founded in May 1987 by the association E.S.T.R.A.N. Its mission is to provide popular education about the scientific and technical culture of the sea and the world of fishing.
