Situated in the heart of the village of Pontmain, close to the basilica, its arboretum and a magnificent forest, your host Martine offers you the comfortable and modern flat "Auprès de mon arbre" on the first and top floor of a local stone house. The 75 m2 flat can accommodate 2 to 3 people and comprises : - a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, coffee maker, fridge and microwave), dining room and sitting area - a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed - bathroom with bath, separate toilet - a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, steam generator and hoover. During the summer months, a supervised swimming area is set up on Le Rozel beach, with a maximum length of 200m and a width of 100m, delimited by two identical red and yellow flags, with an indication of the responsibility of the lifeguards responsible for supervising the beach during the period when the lifeguard station is open. The location and dimensions of the supervised bathing area are subject to change, depending on tides, water holes, rocks and weather conditions. Dogs not on a leash are prohibited from June 15 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., on the foreshore and dunes of the Commune. Outside these hours, leashed dogs and horses are permitted.
