Turning their backs on the Dordogne valley, wooded areas appear on the hillsides, pierced on the heights by agricultural clearings. Gradually, the limestone soil of the causse becomes more prominent. The geological boundary between Cretaceous and Jurassic limestone can be seen in the many low walls and dry-stone huts that bear witness to the past extent of cultivation. Spread over three levels, the Gare Robert Doisneau is an unusual place where design and authenticity coexist. In the centre of the station is the Tourist Office of the Pays de Fénelon.
