Continue behind the church, a lectern allows you to discover the Massif des Monédières and the Vézère Valley.Then leave in the direction of the main road (Uzerche Chamberet).Turn right at the communal oven and continue straight ahead. After 200 m, on the left, it is possible to see the “Lauzanne” oven.Follow the path that leads to a road, turn right, and you can see the “Jorby-Caudy” oven on the left. Continue along the road, and 100 m further, on the right, you will find the “Faroux” oven.Shortly after, turn left at the well. At the end of the path, a round trip allows you to see the oven of “Le Genêt” 150 m further on. Retrace your steps and turn right to go through the hamlet of Le Teyssier.At the crossroads, go past the “du Teyssier” oven, continue right until you reach the Rilhac-Treignac sign, and turn left towards La Goupillère.In the village, from the path, you can see the “La Goupillère” oven. Continue along the path that runs alongside the meadow, then climb the path to the right after the small stream.Once you get to the road, turn right and follow the path back to Rilhac-Treignac (short circuit of 4.7 km). Or turn left and follow the yellow markings (long circuit + 5 km).

En traversant de petits hameaux pleins de charmes, elle conduit à l'étang de Linatre, au bord duquel patientent toujours quelques pêcheurs. Le vieux bourg d'Affieux fait partie d'un site inscrit incluant le château (privé) du XVIIe siècle et l'église de Saint-Pardoux. La gare, aujourd'hui restaurée, accueillait l'ancien POC (Paris-Orléans-Corrèze). Attention : l'accès au site du Rocher des Folles est interdit aux vététistes et cavaliers (dangereux).

South of Limoges, the commune of Magnac-Bourg offers several hiking trails. The Caux trail runs alongside the quarry of the same name. It starts at the entrance to the site on the D7b between Meuzac and Magnac-Bourg. Along the way, you'll be able to observe traditional buildings and finials, a distinctive architectural feature of the southern Haute-Vienne region. You'll also see the vernacular heritage of the area, in particular the good fountain at a place called pierre brune.

Starting from the village of La Croisille-sur-Briance, set off on a hike in the footsteps of Georges Guingouin's maquisards. The route offers numerous viewpoints over the Millevaches plateau. Along the way, you can reach Mont Gargan via Le Poumeau (4 km away).

This serpentine heathland, one of the most beautiful in the region, covers some twenty hectares. Although it lost its rocky chaos in the 1950s to stone the roads used for land consolidation, the site retains its picturesque appearance of mesophilic heath, with small patches of Fétuque de Léman lawn. The site is home to the only Limousin station of Gentian champêtre. There are also some fine views of the Monédières (19) and Mont Gargan (87) from the high point of this heathland. Natura 2000 site. Saint-Julien-de-Brioude and Saint Roch church (built in the 12th century: in the nave can be found many statues made in multicolour wood and paintings of the pilgrimage road gifted by the d’Arsonval family in 1883. The same family donated to the church including the Saint-Julien stained-glass window placed behind the altar and a serpentine stoup dating from the 17th century.

L''étang de la Besse, is a 4-hectare communal pond, where fishing takes place from sunrise to sunset, no night fishing. Open from July 8 to November 12, 2023. Fishing cards are available from the local store: Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 12pm

La chèvrerie du Chedal raises the Savoy goat, a breed that is being protected. Production of raw milk cheeses, plain, seasoned, tommettes, etc. Milking is visible every evening at 5:30pm.

This 18th-century oven has undergone various transformations: the roof was redone and the chimney, which was in very poor condition, was removed. Opposite it, there is a well with a curbstone that includes a stone from a château that once existed next to the church, representing the coat of arms of Rilhac-Treignac and its three scallops, somewhat erased with time. In addition, the road between these two buildings bears the traces of an ancient Gallo-Roman paved road, and the stones on the ground still bear witness to that to this today.

The unusual thing about this 19th-century oven is that it is composed of two parts. The oven is made of stone and brick while the shelter serving as an entrance is made of wood. It is completely covered in tiles. At the back of the oven, there is a small room where the faggots of kindling were dried to heat the oven.

This oven, which dates back to the 19th century, has belonged to the commune since 2012. Renovation work has been carried out on it. It is built in granite, its roof is made of Corrèze slate, and it also has a drying room (clédier).
