Your tour takes you to Auriac, known for the presence of the top-of-the-range beauty products brand Sothys, it is the ideal setting for a nature break with the highest point of the Xaintrie at Puy du Bassin, an opportunity to take in the sights. Les Jardins d'Yzorche was created in 2017. For several years now, Javotte and her husband have been developing this business producing PAM (Perfumed, aromatic and medicinal plants) as well as tourist accommodation. This life project takes shape year after year. Since the creation of the gardens, the cultivation and harvesting of aromatic and medicinal plants have been small-scale, organic and Ecocert-certified. She favors quality over quantity. These are products made with heart and love in the Xaintrie region.

Surrounded by the meandering Doustre river, the village is made up of Roche-Haute, on the edge of the plateau, and Roche-Basse, 100 m lower down, built into the hillside. Characteristic of Roche-Basse, known from the 9th century onwards, are the narrow paths known as "courrijoux", which gave access to the terraced fields, and the Tour Canillac, from the small square with its fountain, which bears witness to the medieval imprint of the site.
