Hiking easy to achieve for young and old through the vineyards of Armagnac, with passage on the lake, dike, footbridge. 1 - departure from the hall of the festivals: at the start of the yellow signposting of the PR along the whole course, descend towards the north on 1100 m, then take the road on the left until the tarred road 2 - turn right to the lake. In the turn, turn left towards the lake and go over the dike. Take the path on the left and follow the lake to the vineyard of Sancet (vineyard: producer of armagnac, floc and wine). Bypass the vine from the right to the road. 3 - Go straight ahead, pass the entrance of the castle until the crossing (possible variant left towards the village). Otherwise continue to the right until the RD 25 and cross it. Follow the tar then the path and cross the bridge. Turn left and follow the road to the road. 4 - turn right, go up to the junction (not far from the church of Mauriet) then turn left and go down the road. Before the bridge turn left, pass the bridge. At the end turn right until the RD 25. 5 - Turn left again for 150 m. Turn right towards "Berdine". At the top turn left and return to the village by the beginning of the route.

This circuit of about 300 m invites you to discover Conchez-de-Béarn known for its old Béarn houses built in the 17th and 18th centuries by noble and bourgeois families. This walk will reveal the history of the village, its houses and their architecture, and will end with a visit to the Saint-Germain church dating from 1770.

Departing from Conchez-de-Béarn, a pretty village in the Béarn region, this mountain bike route, more physical than technical, crosses the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh vineyards. Take advantage of Lac de Cadillon for a mid-way break, before climbing to the ridge between Tadousse-Usssau and Mascaraàs-Haron.

On July 3, 1944, the town of Portet experienced tragic events: the attack, by the German army, on the village, held by 160 resistance fighters from the Carnot maquis. We, Isabelle and Alejandro, a French-Spanish couple and pilgrims, welcome you to our own 19th-century house, typical of Aire sur l'Adour, in an atmosphere of sharing and conviviality, 100 m from the GR 65, close to shops and transport. We're here to help you on your journey, offering advice, listening, support and kindness. We've walked the Camino several times ourselves, in France and Spain. It's also a rest area with 15 beds divided into 3 rooms of 2 beds, 1 of 3 beds (on the 1st floor) and 1 dormitory of 6 beds (on the 2nd floor). Every evening, we enjoy a home-cooked dinner together. If you are gluten intolerant, vegetarian, etc., we can adapt to your needs.

At the crossroads of the Gers and Landes regions, the former Ursuline chapel consists of a heart, a nave, a large sacristy and two small adjoining chapels. Our aim is to safeguard and restore this historic heritage. In the west chapel, you'll find 2 dormitories with 7 90cm beds, with original parquet floors, frescoes and paintings. The chapel has a rich history, and we're working hard to give it back its soul. Upstairs from the chapel is Le Pigeonnier with 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 3 bedrooms with 1 x 90cm bed. In the Barn, there's 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 90cm bed and a dormitory with 4 90cm beds. On the GR65, voie du Puy en Velay, chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, 30 meters before the Eglise Sainte Quitterie. Please note that heating is only available in the barn and on the first floor of the chapel.
