The chapel of Jévaux (also spelled Gévaux) is located in a clearing in the middle of the Vieille Poirière forest, in the municipality of Jouy-sous-les-Côtes, which is where its name comes from. In the heart of the forest of Sionne and of Frebécourt, there are 4 indomitable dwarf beeches.
