This research work of the 3A thus exposed makes relive this industrial parenthesis which functioned from 1898 to 1939. We can accommodate 6 people for private bookings and 3 people for business bookings. Your gîte is independent and not overlooked. You have at your disposal : - a living-dining room - a fully-equipped kitchen, - 3 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm), - a shower room. Need to work from home while on holiday in Anjou? This is possible thanks to a high-speed internet connection (Bouygues). You will be provided with a desk, an armchair, a desk lamp, an extension lead, a multiple socket and an RJ45 cable. A window is located near the workspace. If you feel like it, you can try to tame our pony, Choupette, and the family's 3 little 'Ouessant' sheep. The wood burner is not in use. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, then a third bedroom with two 90cm beds, the shower room with walk-in shower and separate wc. Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely wooded area with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. This well-shaded area is ideal for hot weather. The Mélisse gîte adjoins the Camomille gîte. The Nez de cochon, which was created almost 50 years ago, was already a restaurant where lorry drivers could take a break before heading for Paris on the RN 160. A few years later, the motorway was built, saving time for companies and their lorry drivers.
