The Route des Chiffonniers is a hiking route linking the coast (Saint-Pair sur Mer) to the Sée valley. The 84 km long route criss-crosses the inland areas of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, crossing varied landscapes between sea, hedged farmland, undergrowth, valleys... The interior is very beautiful, despite the irregular layout of the nave (during the XVIth century the nave was split into two; a parish church and an abbatial church).
