The Château de Seneffe invites you to explore its permanent collection of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation’s gold, appealing to all of your senses and triggering all of your emotions. “Splendour and intimacy” immerses you in a particular view of the 18th century. More than 500 of the Museum’s gold collection are displayed to showcase their function. They become the actors and witnesses of the 18th century in their own right. “Les Saveurs des Lumières”: Discover the drinks that were all the rage in the Age of Enlightenment. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee will be served to you in a stunning Chinese salon. If you prefer to explore the estate on your own, with friends or family, you can do so completely independently with your Smartphone or tablet. Right in the middle of La Louvière, in a huge contemporary building, the Centre de la Gravure et de l’Image imprimée (centre for engraving and the printed image) is a multifaceted attraction whose primary goal is to raise the profile of modern graphical expression. The Centre organises all sorts of retrospectives of international artists, as well as putting on a large number of events (exhibitions, competitions, meetings etc.) designed to introduce people to different aspects of printing: from engraving to graphic design, via popular imagery, cartoons, posters and artists’ books.

Housed in the former La Louvière Palais de Justice, the museum is dedicated to the Romanian-born sculptor, Idel Ianchelevici (1909-1994). The permanent collection includes around fifty original pieces in marble, bronze, stone and plaster, as well as a large number of drawings. This collection introduces visitors to some sensitive work focusing on the human figure. The museum also puts on temporary exhibitions with a diverse programme of contemporary art, as well as organising educational services for all ages. Because art and culture are accessible to everyone, the museum offers tours to visitors with specific needs, including the hard of hearing, visually impaired and people with learning difficulties using multisensory displays, sign-language and appropriate educational activities.

Described as a "Maison Gourmande" by its owner Arnaud Hamoline, this gourmet restaurant has been in existence since 2002. At the end of 2015, Arnaud took over from his father Alain at the helm of this quality restaurant.
