The Manoir du Perche dates from the 15th - 17th centuries and lies within the Regional Nature Park, not far from the green way. The main body of the manor is a primitive dwelling from the 15th century, with the original lodgings having been renovated in the 17th century. The Gothic chapel had been used as a barn and was saved from dereliction. Grounds and parkland open to visitors.

The dwelling was built in the mid-16th century for a family of master blacksmiths, then transformed at the end of the reign of Louis XIV.
