The circuit goes through a region with a tormented relief to go towards the valley of the Sélune from Le Teilleul. This circuit takes the old road from Rennes to Domfront, a route used by pilgrims in the Middle Ages to reach the Mont Saint-Michel. A little further on is the ascent of the Montécot mound. This coppice, essentially made up of chestnut tree saplings, was of economic use in the past. Thus, the peasants came to get wood for the strapping of their barrels. The circuit then follows for about 6 km, the old railway line linking Mortain, Barenton and Domfront to then take small roads and sunken paths.

Saint-Fraimbault is a town of reference, recognised both nationally and internationally and has received regular awards since 1965 when the first flowers were planted. In 1475, King Louis XI founded the parish of Conception Notre-Dame in Passais. It already existed as a place of prayer. In 1852 a chapel was built to honour Notre Dame after a miraculous healing. A number of healings occurred and pilgrims converged to the site, with a second chapel being built in 1857. A third chapel was erected between 1924-1927, decorated by a painter from Mantilly, a near town. It relates the Passais history, of its founding by the evangelist monks until the representation of priests and bishops in XX century.

At the heart of aging cellars of Calvados (50 barrels), I summarize the history of Calvados and more particularly the origin of the Domfrontais derived from the Apple and the Pear. I trace the steps from picking fruits until distillation. I mention the art dealer and breeder, the various outlets of local products and the creation of trademarks with Calvados. We end the visit by tasting the homemade namely Pom-Cherry and Calvados bagnolèse more or less old.

The Tit'homes consist of 2 bedrooms with a surface area of 21 m² for 4/5 people. Separate bedroom with 3 single beds 70x190 (including 2 bunk beds), separate bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190, separate WC, heating in the sleeping area. Canvas extension: living room with table and chairs, kitchenette with 2-burner gas hob, small fridge, no sink, use of the campsite showers and toilets. The tithome is a simple compromise between a mobile home and camping in a tent.
