Situated on the borders of Bearn, facing Armagnac and Bigorre, Lembeye occupies a strategic position on a branch of the road to Compostela. To resist the inevitable incursions of its neighbours, the village was built as a bastide towards the end of the 13th century. After becoming Protestant in the 16th century, Lembeye was devastated during the Wars of Religion and burnt down by Catholic troops at the beginning of the 17th century, which led to the reconstruction of most of the houses in the village. A circuit of about 2 km will lead you to discover the bastide. You will discover the Place Marcadieu with its 18th century houses, the Clock Tower, the Hautes Promenades path with its view of the Pyrenees mountain range, the gothic style church and its flamboyant style portal..

Located in the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh vineyards, Clos Basté is a 10 ha vineyard, working according to the principles of certified organic farming. The estate offers a magnificent view of the Pyrenees and the Béarn hills. It is located in the village of Moncaup, known for its many fountains. Chantal and Philippe Mur offer you a guided tour of the winery and vineyards by appointment, a tasting of several wines and a sale at the property. They will help you discover their passion for wine and the terroir. From mid-July to the end of August, they organise winegrowers' aperitifs every Thursday at 6pm.

In the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh vineyards, the 40 ha lake of Bassillon-Vauzé is located in a peaceful corner of the countryside. A shaded picnic area is provided at the entrance to the lake. This lake is very famous for fishing for large predators. It is undoubtedly the best lake in the north-east of the department. It is very populated with pike, percids, especially with large pike-perch and beautiful perch, but also with carp of significant size. The water body is in mandatory release (No-Kill) for all species. Boat fishing is allowed (boat agreement required), as well as night carp fishing. A hiking trail is located around the lake, as well as educational panels on lake fish and birds.
