The Basilica of Notre Dame d'Arcachon, built in the 19th century, is the spiritual heart of Arcachon with its Chapel of the Sailors housing the alabaster statue of the Virgin and Child and walls covered with ex-voto, gifts of sailors saved from the storms.

A metal structure built in 1863 by the engineer Paul Régnauld at the request of the Pereire brothers in the Winter Town, according to construction principles that would become the signature of Gustave Eiffel. The observatory culminates at 72 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the Bay of Arcachon.

Old Anglican church built in 1879. There are some remains from the English period. Beautiful stained glass windows. Since 1974, it has housed the Protestant temple. The temple is open to visitors only during the European Heritage Days, or on request. Generally it is also open on the third Friday of each month for worship.

Built in 1943 during the German occupation, this 120 m² bunker, specialized in telecommunications, was built underground to be protected from bombing. Closed and levelled in 1946, it was forgotten until 2015. The Groupement de Recherches Archéologiques du Mur de l'Atlantique et du Secteur Arcachon (GRAMASA) carried out the excavations. This place, never visited before, knows how to make the link between past and present, in an immersive, educational, patrimonial and playful way.
