The château, of classical medieval construction, was home to the seigneury of Ternier, whose jurisdiction extended over the Genevois region. The château Comtal was separated from La Poype by a mound and two ditches. Partly built on two levels, it was composed of various buildings: stables, granaries, wine presses, garrison accommodation, bedrooms and Count's garden, kitchens, chapel... Like La Poype, it served as a residence for the Counts of Geneva and later the Dukes of Savoy.

The château was home to a seigneury, the Ternier family, with a small local jurisdiction. The château comprised a keep, a courtyard, living quarters and a chapel dedicated to Saint-Nicolas. After being occupied by the Bernese from 1536, and then by the Genevese in 1589, the Duke of Savoy Charles Emmanuel attempted to reconquer it. To force the occupiers to surrender, cannons were fired and the castles (Comtal and Poype) were partly destroyed.

The small prisoners' chapel built from stone. During the Second World War, the parish community of Neydens had promised to build a chapel dedicated to the Virgin if all the prisoners from the village returned alive. The grateful prisoners, as well as the members of the community of Neydens built it at the end of the war. The site offers a viewing point over the valley.

The church is in the Neo-Gothic style. It was built by Fontaine, the architect from Annecy, in 1890 and opened in 1892. The interior was renovated in 1967 and the exterior in 1980.

A Roman boundary stone was erected in front of the church. It was used as a centrepiece of the monument to the dead and serves as a platform for a Gallic rooster in the capon style.

In Feigères, between 1400 and 1789, thirteen seigneuries ruled at Châtelard. Of this medieval castle, only a wall face remains well preserved today. On the site of this castle the Châtelard cross and the Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette Chapel were constructed (1874 for the first one and 1925 for the current one). A pilgrimage takes place every year on the first Sunday after Assumption.

Built in 1844, in the Neo-Classical style with a Basilica layout. The square bell tower has a clock on three sides, each clock facing a hamlet. The interior of the church is lavish. Two benches of the lords of Viry remain in place with the carved coat of arms "Virtute Viry" (strength is born of virtue). The family vault can be found below. The chapel of the lords was previously locked. The old church, demolished in 1843, was deemed shapeless and without structure by Claude Louis Naz, the vicar of Viry. The interior pillars and pilasters are made from sandstone and molasse coming from the tower and buttresses of the old church. The cut limestone was extracted from Mont Salève (quarry above the Grand Châble)

Dedicated to St-Eusèbe, a small building from the 13th century (stone pointed arch door) whose facade is topped with a tower. It is equipped with imposing cut-stone buttresses. The chancel, according to Edmont Ganter, is in a Cistercian style, with a broken-bow barrel vault and a lancet arch window in the rear wall. On this wall we find a piscina to the right of the altar and a tabernacle for the Blessed Sacrament.
