This tour is designed to help families open their eyes, discover the local heritage and marvel at the riches of the area they're visiting. Children will be able to follow the rhythm of the walk as they play at being explorers, thanks to circuit cards designed like a treasure hunt! There are 3 different levels to choose from, so there's something for every age group: 4-6 year olds; 7-9 year olds; 10+ year olds. Cards can be collected free of charge from the Tourist Office. Access subject to weather conditions. The route in detail: The starting point for the walk is the Tourist Information Office in Cornimont. The route is of medium difficulty: perfectly feasible for families, but you should expect to climb a little towards the Croix de Mission! The distance is around 3 kilometres, with an ascent of around 200 metres. You should allow around 2 hours to complete this Randoland walk: enough time to enjoy the view, a lovely stroll through the forest, and to answer the riddles that await you! The GPX route for this walk is attached.

This 47 km route, organized by Club Vosgien, is divided into 4 sectors. The itinerary is highly detailed, with all technical information for each section, and pictograms (parking, restaurants, shelters) are indicated. "La voie verte" is a cycle path starting from the old trainstation of Cornimont. Possibility to join Remiremont from Cornimont (23,5 km) and from Bussang (33km). An easy city tour to allow families to open their eyes, to discover the local heritage. Departing from Lausanne, head to the medieval town of Gruyères, home to the famous Swiss cheese!  Leave Lausanne by bus and climb up into the alpine pastures to reach Gruyères.  After a tour around the town, your guide will take you to a Swiss chocolate factory to show you how famous Swiss chocolate is made.  Then head to an old alpine cheese factory. Enjoy a Swiss cheese tasting and learn more about the national dish: fondue.  Learn to make your own Swiss fondue and try the traditional dish.  After your meal, relax and climb on board the Golden Express, a panoramic train which crosses the alpine pastures and the heights of Lake Geneva. Enjoy incredible views of the lake and the Alps. When you get off the train, get back on your bus and head to Lavaux and its terraced vineyards. At an altitude of 663 metres, the Grande Croix majestically overlooks the magnificent Xoulces and La Moselotte valleys, offering a spectacular panorama of Cornimont and the surrounding area. This remarkable vantage point is a true haven of peace, ideal for nature lovers and photographers in search of breathtaking scenery. To reach this emblematic cross, several signposted hiking trails are available, ranging from easy routes to more challenging itineraries, suitable for hikers of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced hiker, you'll find a path that meets your expectations and allows you to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the Hautes Vosges. A 3km family walk with a 190m ascent is available starting from the centre of the village of Cornimont, following the ‘green ring’ signposts on a circular route. The GPX route for this walk is attached.

A magical garden to delight the senses, where a wide variety of roses, hydrangeas, perennials, aquatic plants, shrubs, vegetables and aromatic plants grow in perfect harmony... Don't be afraid to tread on the lawn - it's allowed in Bonnegoutte! Accessible to people with reduced mobility, except for some steep areas. The Jardin de Bonnegoutte will be open by appointment only from 1 October 2025 until it closes completely.

Museum of a Thousand and One Roots [Mille et une racines] Come and discover the magical works of our forests. You will admire the characters, animals and other subjects shaped by time and a local, unique artist, Michel Maurice. More than 1000 pieces are displayed on the 480m² site.

The church of Saint-Claude was built in 1854, a funeral chapel was built to receive the relics of Brother Joseph. Several restorations in 1905 and in 2012.

At the summit of the Col du Brabant, stands a small chapel steeped in mystery and legend. Two tales have been passed down around a peculiar cross inlaid in one of its walls. The first legend tells of a young shepherd who, in the midst of his herd of goats, spotted a mysterious doe. He identified it as the same doe that, according to tradition, had suckled the son of Countess Geneviève de Brabant. Touched by this unusual encounter, the shepherd chose this spot to come and pray regularly. This is how the famous cross came to be erected on the spot where the animal was grazing. The second, more tragic legend tells of a young mother and child, lost and in distress one winter's evening in the vicinity of the Col du Brabant. Seeking refuge, they knocked on doors, but none opened to welcome them. The next morning, the inhabitants were horrified to discover the lifeless bodies of the woman and her child. Deeply affected by this tragedy, they decided to erect a cross in memory of these two lost souls. The Col du Brabant and its chapel have thus become places steeped in history and emotion, where visitors can soak up these ancient tales while enjoying an exceptional panorama of the Vosges landscape. When exploring this destination, legend enthusiasts and nature lovers alike will find a stopover here as symbolic as it is soothing.

Le Coteau du Bambois discovery trail: immerse yourself in the heart of a glacial valley. A family walk lasting around two hours, taking in the Salingueux hole, the Fairy Pond, the temporary Gouya pool, the Cow Bog and the Bambois Forest.

The Etang des Chauproyes is a fishing pond, managed by an association. Fishing cards can be purchased: annual cards, 8 or 15 day holiday cards... Accessible to people with reduced mobility. Picnic tables on site.

This monument was erected in memory of the Moroccan goums. Light infantry units composed of native Moroccan troops, they were particularly famous during the Second World War, between 1942 and 1945.

This 71 m² detached chalet on two levels has three bedrooms: one on the first floor with a double bed, and two on the ground floor, one with a private shower room and toilet, and the other with a double bed and a single bed.
