Le Couchetat

Le Couchetat hotel and restaurant is located in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges. Situated in La Bresse, just a stone's throw from the Montagne des Lamas, our Andean-inspired house welcomes you for a relaxing stay with a change of scenery. Our restaurant menu changes every three months according to the season. We offer different menus to suit your tastes and desires. The Alpaga and Patagonia menus are based on French bistronomic cuisine, with Chilean and Peruvian touches. The Lama menu allows you to discover South American gastronomy through traditional dishes. A vegetarian menu is also available. Children are also invited to enjoy a menu designed especially for them. Dishes made from fresh produce allow them to discover new flavours. Finally, we offer a half-board package including breakfast and dinner to all hotel residents who so wish.
