The guesthouse was designed to combine comfort, modernity, and authenticity on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise. Surrounded by nature, the coolness of the river and the old stone walls make it an ideal place to stay during the summer months. You enter the cottage through the terrace, which opens onto the kitchen. Go down four steps to reach the dining room. An educational panel talks about "mollins". What are they? To find out, scan the QR code on the panel and listen to what the locals have to say. The site is also home to several geocaches, an orienteering course and a Tèrra Aventura course called "La Corbelière des z?ombres"

This site comprises blocks of white quartz recognised in 1909 as a Monument and Site of Natural Interest. The site of the Pyrôme rocks used to be inhabited by goblins. According to legend, every year at the stroke of midnight on Christmas Eve, one of the huge blocks of rock would rise up and the goblins would appear offering their treasure, hidden there, to anyone who would agree to give up their place in Paradise. Today it offers an interesting panoramic view spreading beyond Moulins and the Ouin valley toward the Cholet area. A path join the Corbelière Site, "Espace naturel sensible").

It has broadband internet access, 3 TVs, including a large 55" connected TV with a PC link for multimedia presentations with friends or during seminars, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, centralised electric shutters and a pellet stove for winter evenings. The "Coquelicot" duplex comprises a very large living room (capacity for 12 people) on the ground floor with an extra sofa bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom with WC. The "Iris" studio comprises a living room with 3 beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC. The "Capucine" studio comprises a living room sleeping 2, a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC.
