All year round, the winery invites you to take a free or guided tour of the underground winery and the "Doléris" exhibition room, featuring old vine tools. Once a month, he organizes "The Gourmet Saturdays of Mélanie" with a tasting combining local products and wines from the cellar, in the company of a winegrower and a local craftsman. The cellar offers you a wine tasting and direct sales. Local products from the Vic-Bilh Cannery (pâté, foie gras...) are also on sale in the cellar.

It became Protestant in the 16th century and was devastated during the religious wars and burned down by Catholic troops at the beginning of the 17th century, which led to the reconstruction of most of the houses in the village. In the heart of Vic-Bilh, Central Park is a brewery located in the heart of the bastide of Lembeye. Sandrine and Greg welcome you throughout the seasons on the shaded terrace overlooking the main square of the bastide or in the interior room. They offer you mixed salads, mixed dishes made from fish (back of saithe) and meat (candied duck leg, rib steak, shallots bib, beef rib), but also homemade desserts (sweet pancakes, ice cream in summer, gourmet coffee...).
