





After a night at the foot of Pierra Menta, plunge into the blue immensity of Lac de Roselend. After the Col Bresson, the descent is a gentle one through the mountain pastures. Take a final break at the Plan Mia or Plan de la Lai refuges!
From the refuge, head for Col Bresson and the Pierra Menta.
The trail descends, overlooking Lac de Roselend. Leave the path leading up to Col du Grand Coin on your left and continue on to the hamlet of Treicol. The trail climbs back up towards Grande Berge and Petite Berge, joining the Plan Mia mountain pastures. This itinerary can be done in the opposite direction, offering the option of stopping at the Plan Mya gîte on the first or last evening.
