Refuge located at the entrance of the wild Cirque des Fonts. The Fonts alpine pasture reveals itself as a jewel in a setting of unspoiled nature.A former alpine chalet, the refuge opened in 1926 is accessible to everyone in around an hour and a half of walking, we discover it overlooking a small hamlet of around forty alpine chalets, at the foot of Mont-Buet.

Situated on the Tour des Fiz, the Tour du Pays du Mont Blanc and the Tour des Aiguilles Rouges, the refuge de Moëde offers a stopover overlooking the Mont Blanc range.The refuge offers basic shelter for hikers, with shared dormitories and rudimentary sanitary facilities. The services provided at the refuge are limited, and one should not expect comfortable amenities. However, the refuge offers a strategic location for hikers wishing to stop off in the area and enjoy the panoramic views. Meals on offer are simple and limited in quantity, in keeping with supply conditions at altitude. Reservations at the refuge are recommended due to limited capacity. All in all, the Moëde Anterne refuge offers basic accommodation for hikers wishing to explore the Tour des Fiz region.

Refuge located in a preserved valley in the heart of the Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval nature reserve. Family hike appreciated for its numerous waterfalls amidst ibex, chamois and marmots.Occupied by former alpine chalets, the Vallon de Sales is known for its access dotted with waterfalls, for the Dérochoir and its view of the Mont-Blanc massif and for the Platé Desert, geological curiosity. Roland and Elisabeth Mogenier created the refuge out of love for the mountains and nature in 1981, they were the guardians of the place for 32 years. Their children continued their family activity with the same values of simplicity, authenticity and respect for nature, while adding a touch of modernity, fantasy and dynamism.

Authentic, simple and good quality, this mountain refuge hut is located at the "Chalets d'Anterne". Accessible from Sixt in two hours via the beautiful waterfall of La Pleureuse. it is advisable to arrive in the afternoon to allow time to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding pastures. For children from 5.This eco-friendly alpine chalet offers a simple welcome for 2 to 10 people. Duvets and pillows are provided. Facilities include a shower, three toilets and wash-basins. Bring your own sheet sleeping bag, or hire one of ours. The team has created a mountain ambiance with typical dishes and a choice of organic wines. During the day we offer baked ham and cheese, omelettes, selection of cold meats, home-made bilberry tart and drinks. This lake is located at the heart of the Fiz mountain range in the nature reserve of Sixt-Passy. Accessible only by foot from Sixt Fer à Cheval or from Passy by Anterne mountain pass.Altitude 2000 m. Covering an area of 10 hectares, this lake lies at the bottom of an alpine circus surrounded by peaks, north of the Fiz cliff face. Although the surrounding environment appears to be rather wild, marmots and ibex still live here.
