








Experience the Tour des Fiz adventure through the most technical sections!
Day 1: Depart Passy Plaine Joux and head for Barmus. Arriving at Ayères des Rocs, take the Dérochoir passage to reach the refuge de Sales. Continue towards Salvagny, from where you'll start the climb to the Grenairon refuge. 9h15 walking, 22.5km, 2100D+, 1500D-.
Day 2: From the Grenairon hut, descend to the Fonts hut, then descend to the Alfred Wills hut. 5h40 walk, 14.5km, 1050D+, 1200D-.
Day 3: From the Alfred Wills refuge, head for Lac d'Anterne, passing the Col d'Anterne before dropping down to the refuge de Moëde. Then head for Lac de Pormenaz, then the Argentières trail to the Chatelet d'Ayères. From there, follow Lac Vert to your starting point. 4h50 walking, 12.5km, 650D+, 1100D-.
Swimming prohibited in the high altitude lakes.
