Our dishes are based on vegetables that we grow ourselves in our vegetable garden. We also work with various local producers, including for butter, flour, pasta, etc. For example, we make our own puff pastry for our quiches; everything is homemade.We sell products for immediate consumption and other products such as various types of jam and jelly, beetroot in vinegar, yellow or red coulis, ratatouille in sterilised jars, etc. We also offer returnable packaging to reduce waste. For example, the baking tins for our quiches are made of reusable cardboard. Customers take the baking tin home with them and can reuse it two or three times. You can check out our Facebook page.
