This fairly short pass is not to be taken lightly, with gradients sometimes in excess of 10%. Facing south, it offers fine views over the mountains and the valley. Don't hesitate to extend the climb as far as Lac de la Thuile.
A little-known and easily accessible pass that will take you up to the Bauges massif from the Combe de Savoie. The first part allows you to contemplate the surrounding massifs before a short flat. The final stretch is partly in forest, but the finish is only reached after a long, steep straight.

You can start from Arbin and take the D201 to Cruet. Then turn left and follow the D11 to the summit. It's also accessible via the V62 cycle route, making it an ideal climb on many cycling loops.
