




Come and discover the Saint André chapel, a 12th-century Romanesque monument in the Comminges style, offering a touching sight.
Also known as the Saint André chapel, this hike will take you to the foot of this Romanesque monument and then to a magnificent viewpoint over the valley and the foothills of the Lège mountain.
1 - Depart from the car park at the entrance to the village towards the church square.
6 - On the left, a sign points the way to the Soueste chapel.
2 - You will arrive at the church square and on the left a sign will indicate the direction of the Soueste chapel.
3 - At the next junction, turn left and follow the signs. When you reach the track a little further up, continue straight ahead.
7 - You will come to an intersection at some barns. Continue straight ahead.
8 - When you reach the forest track above, turn right and continue straight ahead until you leave the woods. There is a beautiful view of the northern valley with Burgalays at your feet.
4 - When you reach a junction with barns, continue straight ahead until you reach a forest track.
5 - Turn right and continue straight ahead until you come out of the wood. There is a beautiful view over the north valley with Burgalays at your feet.
9 - Start your descent by taking the path at the entrance to the clearing on your right.
10 - Continue straight ahead to reach the village of Burgalays.
