Hiking itinerary: Grande Traversée des Alpes - GR 5 - Stage: Samoëns - Chalet d'Anterne

The Alfred Wills refuge is located in the heart of the nature reserve on the large Anterne mountain pasture. It's a two-hour walk from Sixt, passing the magnificent Cascade de la Pleureuse. An ideal break for families (from 5 years).Simple, comfortable, rustic shelter. Equipped with comforters and pillows, just bring a sheet and pillowcase (sold on site). The team creates a mountain atmosphere around typical dishes and an eco-responsible wine list. Daytime catering: raclette fondue, omelettes, charcuterie and cheese platters, veggie and non-veggie bolws, blueberry tart, homemade desserts, drinks, etc. Mountain dinner (depending on supplies): homemade soup, roast-polenta or fondue, diots lentils... homemade dessert. Departure possible from Plaine Joux as part of the Tour des Fiz.

Above Samoëns and isolated in the mountains, the Bostan refuge is the ideal place to welcome hikers for a short break or for the night. Accommodation and catering in the mountains. Home and local products. Pleasure for the eyes and taste buds. .It overlooks the Giffre valley and the town of Samoëns. - In summer, it is easily accessible on foot, for everyone in around 1 hour 45 minutes from the Allamands car park and gives the possibility of trekking in a loop for a day or over several days. - In winter, the valley is a classic for all levels, both on skis and on snowshoes (Col de Bostan - head of Bostan) - about 2 hours. At the refuge, you will find a warm welcome in a friendly atmosphere. You can eat at noon, and in the evening you quench your thirst at any time and sleep (it is recommended to book in advance).

We'll be delighted to welcome you for a restful night in our refuge (dormitory only) or for a simple, generous meal in our inn (lunchtime only, preferably by reservation).The Chardonnière refuge is located on the GR5 - GR96 route and is recommended for nature lovers. It is above all the alpine pasture for our herd of dairy cows. Here you'll find a warm, simple welcome, a generous, hearty meal cooked to the highest standard with products from our farm, and a night's sleep lulled to sleep by the sound of clarines.

Situated on the Tour des Fiz, the Tour du Pays du Mont Blanc and the Tour des Aiguilles Rouges, the refuge de Moëde offers a stopover overlooking the Mont Blanc range.The refuge offers basic shelter for hikers, with shared dormitories and rudimentary sanitary facilities. The services provided at the refuge are limited, and one should not expect comfortable amenities. However, the refuge offers a strategic location for hikers wishing to stop off in the area and enjoy the panoramic views. Meals on offer are simple and limited in quantity, in keeping with supply conditions at altitude. Reservations at the refuge are recommended due to limited capacity. All in all, the Moëde Anterne refuge offers basic accommodation for hikers wishing to explore the Tour des Fiz region.

The refuge is located on the Chardonnière mountain pasture. It offers a warm welcome and a family atmosphere. We can welcome you for the night in one of our two dormitories, or for a hearty authentic meal at lunchtime.The refuge is located on several outstanding hiking trails: the GR5, the tour des dents blanches and the Grande Traversée des Alpes (GTA). This makes it a strategic stopover when planning your itineraries.
