Viala-du-Pas-de-Jaux
Ancient fief of Hospitaller Knights, the village of Viala-du-Pas-de-Jaux and its amazing granary-tower welcomes you for a loop on the southwestern slope of the Larzac plateau. A cobbled watering place, a fortified farm, a hamlet mark out this route in the heart of agropastoral tradition. A walk to choose in the spring because of the profusion of the “caussenarde” flora.
