Through a recreational visit, you will learn everything you need to know about the production of the Beaufort AOP cheese. Video accounts of cheese makers and farmers, a replica of a cow you can milk and tablet computers will reveal you all the secrets about this unique and iconic Tarentaise Valley’s cheese.
