Site of a castle and seigneury named Gladinas, which by deformation will give later on Eglazines. This troglodytic hamlet sheltered 20 inhabitants at the end of the 19th century.It is located on the edge of the limestone (on the watertight coast) which release sources. Like St-Marcellin, the hamlet marked out a required passage between the plateau an dthe valley. Before the opening of the road of the Gorges in the 20th century, these muleteers path formed essential connections between these soils with additional ressources.
