In the heart of Aurec-sur-Loire, between the savage Loire river and centenary cedars, Les Cèdres bleus is a stop for authentic flavours and shared moments lovers.
During the summer, our tables are under the green canopy providing a natural and peacefull place. During the winter it is near the fireplace that the magical flavours are more intimate and warm.

Our restaurant highlight a home cooking which sublime Haute-Loire and Auvergne products. Each dish is thinked as a tribute to the season and to the region which are surronding us. Our cheaf make dishes where all the ingredients are authentic.

We are working the the local producers - market gardeners, cattle farmers and cheese makers - to suggest you authentic dishes with freshness and character.
