Fishing at Châtelard lake

Lake Châtelard is located in the heart of Bauges. Surrounded on one side by the forest and on the other by Chéran, you can revitalize in this timeless, peaceful, natural setting.
Lake Châtelard is populated mainly by brown trout.

A special regulation has been set up for fishing : no-kill for trout only.

Fishing is allowed with 1 hook (single, double or triple) without a barb.
Fly fishermen, your best time is in the early morning. Around 11 am, the wind rises and the water becomes unpredictable.
