The team offers generous, convivial cuisine inspired by the culinary expertise of the Forez region. All our recipes are prepared on site, with particular attention paid to seasonal produce and local producers: an ideal formula for your stays, seminars and events. In summer, the La Caravane de Goutelas food truck also offers light Forez-style meals to all visitors.
