Dans le bois "de Signeulx", une croix a été érigée après la première guerre mondiale (1914-18), par la famille du disparu.A LA MEMOIRE DU LIEUTENANT RENSON (ou Ranson)ASPIRANT, COMTE DE MALTERREET DU TROMPETTE FRONGERT14e HUSSARDSTOMBES GLORIEUSEMENT LE 22 AOÛT 1914.Le lieutenant Renson et le trompette Fongert faisaient partie du 1er escadron du 2e Régiment du 14e Hussards. Ils furent portés disparus à Ethe, le 22 août 1914.
