Spot de Mayarco
Description
The Beach of Mayarco spreads over 400 meters of fine sand, north of Saint Jean de Luz, on the border with Guéthary. It nestles between the spots of Lafiténia and Cénitz.
Mayarco's reefbreak breaks on a rocky slab with sand. It's a fairly soft wave that works between low and mid tide. It is generally less crowded than on the neighbouring spots, which are more popular because the waves are longer and more open.
