Spot de la Milady
Description
The Plage de la Milady is a fairly short but very wide beach. It is a beautiful spot, full of colour and relief.
There is a relatively soft left hand side to the south of the spot at the rock, and a less regular right hand side to the north. Beware of the rocks you will find towards the north and south ends. In the centre of the beach, it's a classic beach break with a fairly short wave.
It is a spot that takes the swell well and so you will find waves even when the swell is small. At high tide, the shore break can be quite powerful, hence the presence of experienced bodyboarders who enjoy this type of wave.
Free parking and restaurant.
