The Béarn des Gaves is a vast territory between Pau and Biarritz, which owes its name to the presence of several gaves and in particular that of Oloron which crosses it throughout its length. Navarrenx, bastioned town and labeled "Most Beautiful Villages of France", is to be visited as well as all the bucolic villages which revolve around, all marked by a traditional architecture and a protected heritage.
Walks on foot or by mountain bike, on marked paths, cross the path of St-Jacques-de-Compostelle, to meet untouched heritage riches. The mountain bike base offers 225 km of marked mountain bike circuits which are classified from green to black according to their level of difficulty: length and elevation. The starting point is common to all circuits and is located at the Carrefour Express car park, near the public garden in Navarrenx.
