In this large gite of 120 m² we can accommodate 10 to 12 people with 4 bedrooms and a large living room with two sofa beds, 3 bathrooms with Italian showers and toilets in each of them. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kitchen utensils etc. You also have a washing machine and a dryer in a private bathroom. This gite is located near shops: bakery, butcher, caterer, and supermarket, restaurant, small market on Friday. The Puy du Fou is at 25 minutes, the Futuroscope is at 1:30, the Oriental Park of Maulévrier 10 minutes, Nantes, Saumur 1 hour and Cholet 20 minutes.
